Brief

Key art and layout system for a multi-format OOH run. The same frame works as a 48-sheet billboard, a bus-side wrap, and a portrait digital LED, with clear priority for readability at range.

Tension

The challenge

Out-of-home has brutal constraints — distance, motion, glare. Most campaigns translate badly from a Figma board to a real street. We needed to design for the read, not the render.

The solution

I stripped compositions down to two visual layers — subject and lockup — and built a strict ratio set that kept the hero legible at every scale, from a phone preview to a 48-sheet.
