Last updated: May 5, 2026

1. Overview

Ejen Studio LLC ("Ejen Studio", "the Company", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use https://www.saifddinejendoubi.com, contact us, engage our studio services, or subscribe to our Platform of marketing and generative AI tools, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: when you submit the contact form, the package calculator, or talk to the concierge chat, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, project vertical, and the details of your message or brief.

Account and subscription information: if you create a Platform account or subscribe to a plan, we collect your account identifiers, the plan you are on, subscription and billing status, and a record of transactions. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

Prompts, inputs, and generated content: when you use the Platform's generative AI tools, we process the prompts, briefs, files, and other inputs you submit, and the output generated from them, in order to provide the service. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information into the AI tools.

Quote and invoice information: if you request or receive a quote or invoice, we store the line items, amounts, currency, status, and any notes associated with it.

Usage and technical information: we automatically receive limited technical data such as IP address and browser/user-agent string, and basic usage data about how Platform features are used. This is used for security, rate-limiting, billing accuracy, and diagnostics.

Local storage on your device: the website stores small preferences in your browser (for example, chat history and whether background audio is muted). This data stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about your project or account.
  • To prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and invoices.
  • To deliver studio services and to operate the Platform, including running the marketing and generative AI tools you use.
  • To create and manage your Platform account, process subscription payments, and enforce plan limits.
  • To send transactional emails such as confirmations, invoices, renewal notices, and follow-up reminders.
  • To operate, secure, monitor, and improve the website and the Platform.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers who process data for us

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Company. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function:

  • Hosting and delivery: our website and application are hosted on Vercel.
  • Database: lead, account, quote, and invoice records are stored with Supabase.
  • Email delivery: transactional and follow-up emails are sent through Resend.
  • AI providers: the concierge chat and the Platform's generative AI tools are powered by third-party AI model providers (including DeepSeek and Google's generative AI services). Prompts and inputs you submit are processed by these providers to generate output. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in any AI tool.
  • Messaging: inbound messages from connected channels may be routed through Zernio.
  • Payments: card payments and subscription billing are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe). The Company does not receive or store your full card details.

These providers may process and store data outside Qatar. We only work with providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the data they handle.

5. Legal basis for processing

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you (including delivering studio work and operating your subscription), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Company's services. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Data retention

We keep lead and enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account and subscription data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Quote, invoice, and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete data earlier where we are not legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. You may also object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and you may close your Platform account at any time.

To make a request, email ejenishere@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

9. Links to other sites

Our website and emails may link to third-party sites and platforms. This policy does not cover those sites; please review their own privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its effective date.
